Visitors to this beautiful cabin will find that they have access to a host of amenities that will make their stay a relaxing one. Perfect for a couple’s retreat, the vacation home is virtually secluded from all other buildings (one may be slightly visible, depending on the time of year), and includes wild blackberry bushes nearby, ripe for the picking depending on when you come to see us. They are perfect for smoothies, cobblers, or, of course, just to eat right then and there!
Visitors have access to heating and AC, WiFi, and a Smart TV during their stay. There is also a grill outside and a fully equipped kitchen, so you don’t need to worry about going out to eat if you want a delicious meal. There is also a hot tub. In the cooler months, there is a gas log fireplace, as well.
The vacation home has one queen-sized bed and one full bathroom. It is the perfect size for a couple’s retreat, or for a single getaway in the remote beauty of the woods. Regardless of when you come, we hope you have a great time during your stay!
This vacation home comes complete with an in-unit washer and dryer, so you don’t have to worry about planning out a different outfit for every day of your trip, or about packing and hauling heavy luggage around while you are traveling. Just throw it all in the wash when you get here. Save room in your bags for a work of art picked up from one of the local shops, or some whisky from an Asheville distillery.
Asheville is known for its art scene and eclectic tastes, so the quirky visitor will feel right at home while they are here. Go foraging with No Taste Like Home, and learn what and how to collect different foods that are native to the region.
This opportunity is a rare one, and, if you live nearby, an afternoon class could equip you with a skillset that you can end up using on a regular basis in your own backyard. Other unique opportunities include the option to watch hot glass being blown at Lexington Glassworks, or take a rock climbing lesson with Fox Mountain Guides; the latter option is available for tourists ages 7 to 60. Other outdoor recreation options also abound.
Of course, you may want to check out the Biltmore Estate, where you can take the opportunity to tour the grounds or enjoy other recreational activities on site. You can also go shopping for knick knacks, books, and souvenirs in one of the many, many local shops. When the day is over, kick back with a good meal at Little Pigs BBQ, or enjoy good Italian fare at Cucina 24. Rosetta’s Kitchen is a great vegetarian option, with excellent dinner and drinks.

Cleaning Fee: $75. The total (including tax) will be charged to your card at the time your reservation is made. Check in is between 4PM and 8 PM. Check out is 11AM or before. An additional $125 charge will be charged to your card if we find evidence of pets or smoking in your cabin after your departure. A damaged hot tub cover will incur a fee of $500, which is the replacement cost.
